Refund Policy
Returns
You have 60 calendar days from receipt to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all original tags, packaging, and accessories
- Be in original packaging
To start a return, contact support@usevolut.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.
Non-returnable Items
- Sale items or "Free Gift" items
- Gift cards
Refunds
After inspection, we'll email you about your refund status. If approved, credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Free shipping promotion returns may incur restocking fee
Exchanges
We only exchange defective or damaged items. For same-product exchanges, contact support@usevolut.com. Subject to availability.
Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping costs
- Use trackable shipping/insurance recommended
- We cover shipping for our errors (wrong/defective items)
Late or Missing Refunds
