Refund Policy

      Returns 

You have 60 calendar days from receipt to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags, packaging, and accessories
  • Be in original packaging

To start a return, contact support@usevolut.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Non-returnable Items

  • Sale items or "Free Gift" items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

After inspection, we'll email you about your refund status. If approved, credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Free shipping promotion returns may incur restocking fee

Exchanges

We only exchange defective or damaged items. For same-product exchanges, contact support@usevolut.com. Subject to availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping costs
  • Use trackable shipping/insurance recommended
  • We cover shipping for our errors (wrong/defective items)

Late or Missing Refunds
